Loud Paintings is a community of people who love creativity in its various forms. Many arts are not respected unless they can be monetized, which is a very unfortunate approach to self expression. We want people to share and learn from one another, and enjoy the process.

Loud Paintings was created by Mike Wietecha, a 2017 World Games athlete for the sport of sumo wrestling. He has appeared in multiple feature length films and commercials, published various books and articles, and loves painting, dancing, philosophy, and poetry. Mike is Filipino American, drawing from his background and experience for many of his projects. He knows the difficulty of pursuing the things he loves without much encouragement from others, so he wanted to create a place for friendly weirdos to motivate one another.
